Sing & Facade Grant Progam

2024 saw the rollout of this initiative as a pilot program, during which Rochester Main Street was able to cover 100% of the cost for a couple beautiful new signs in the downtown district. Based on the positive feedback and visible results, we expanded the program in 2025 to help even more businesses enhance their storefronts and maintain a professional, welcoming appearance.
In addition to direct financial support, we will also consider coordinating volunteer projects to assist with exterior improvements such as painting, landscaping, and small repairs. One great example was our work with Skeletone Records, where volunteers came together to reinstall a sign and new records. 
​This program is designed to ensure that downtown Rochester remains a visually appealing and inviting place to live, shop, and do business.
