Benefits include company logo on the Facebook and website event page; inclusion on event posters; at least three social media mentions leading up to the event; a company banner displayed at the event; and the option for a representative from your organization to participate as a judge or assist with event activities.
This crawl will take place on April 18th from 2-5pm and be sponsored by Sun Cruiser and their newest brand, Sinless, which will be rolling out in March! The city cleanup is 9-12pm with lunch in the central square to follow and the bar crawl portion kicking off at 2pm so the community can show how much we care for our local bars and restaurants!
Details: Participants are encouraged to dress up in golf attire and practice their “golf etiquette” throughout the duration of the crawl – picking up after themselves, being kind restaurant/bar staff, etc. Each location will be a hole and the ticket will be a score card. Participants can use this to keep track of their stops and submit into a raffle at their last stop. Just like the bar crawls we have done in the past, we will provide posters, tickets (scorecards), wristbands, radio, a giveaway for the first 24 people to purchase tickets, and one prize per restaurant/bar to raffle off at the end of the bar crawl. Bars are encouraged to set up additional programming like live music, a putt putt competition, costume contest, etc.
