Our FocusThe Organization Committee builds the capacity to sustain downtown revitalization. It aligns stakeholders—business and property owners, residents, and civic partners—around shared goals; recruits and supports volunteers; and ensures effective nonprofit governance. The committee develops annual work plans and budgets, secures funding through sponsorships, grants, and individual giving, and maintains clear communication and reporting so progress is transparent and momentum endures.
