More About The Series

The Kids Summer Series is a seasonal program created to bring families downtown for fun, engaging, and welcoming activities throughout the summer. Designed with kids and caregivers in mind, the series features a rotating mix of themed events, live entertainment, vendors, and hands-on activities that give families something new to enjoy at each event.
Each event in the series takes place on a different Saturday during the summer and centers around a unique theme that helps shape the entertainment, activities, and overall experience for the day. Themed entertainment is provided by Sages Entertainment, with additional vendors and guest participants offering interactive activities, creative experiences, and kid-friendly offerings.
Families are welcome to attend a single event or enjoy the full series, with each day designed to be approachable, fun, and easy to enjoy. The Kids Summer Series supports Rochester Main Street’s mission to strengthen downtown by creating opportunities for families to gather, connect, and engage with local businesses and community partners in a lively, welcoming setting.

Sages Entertainment 

​Sage’s Entertainment is a family-owned entertainment company based on the New Hampshire Seacoast that specializes in interactive, family-friendly programming. Their offerings include engaging magic shows, balloon twisting, bubble experiences, and creative activities designed to delight children and families.
As the official entertainment partner for the Kids Summer Series, Sage’s Entertainment provides themed entertainment at each event, helping to bring each day’s theme to life through performances and interactive experiences. Their programming is designed to encourage participation and create memorable moments for kids and caregivers alike.
Rochester Main Street is proud to partner with Sage’s Entertainment to help deliver fun, engaging summer events for families in downtown Rochester.
