Photo Opportunities Coming in 2026

Our goal is to get out at least 4 new photo opportunities throughout the downtown for FCBD. We need local artists & sponsors to make this happen. Want to be a creating artist? Message us at [email protected]. Want to sponsor a cutout see below!

Free Comic Book Day
May 2nd, 2026 (10am-4pm)

Rochester Opera house presents Free Comic Book Day!  We are happy to partner with this event by pulling permits & supplying insurance for the event! 
As we wait to find out more details, plan to spend the day downtown collecting comics, visiting businesses, and making new friends along the way. Costumes are encouraged! Some business will be carrying exclusive comics for you to enjoy! Free comics, a great walk around downtown, exciting people to talk to... How can you go wrong?
