Horribles Parade and Merchant Trick or Treat - Friday, October 23rd from 4-6pm! Promotion committee members are excited about a new downtown retail event for families with young children. Children under 10, accompanied by a parent, are encouraged to dress up and meet at the Union Street Parking Lot at 3:45 to get free treat bags and maps showing participating businesses.
