The Board of Directors is responsible for funding and the implementation of the Annual Rochester Main Street Workplan. Projects and events are determined through a Public Input session each fall. In addition, components follow local reports such as the Cecil Group recommendations and the Downtown Master Plan through the coordination of volunteers, the City of Rochester, local businesses, and non-profit organizations. The workplan has goals for each year and by following the four-point approach, Rochester Main Street volunteers are working towards a revitalized downtown.
