Rochester Main Street's Executive Director, Michael Provost, is a Seacoast area native who currently resides in Newmarket. He is excited to be serving as the Executive Director of the Rochester Main Street Program, working with local volunteers to make downtown Rochester a destination and a source of pride. Michael is a former small business owner with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Previously he has worked in the downtowns of Jaffrey and Dover, was named the outstanding NH Main Street Manager in 2003 and is a Certified Main Street Manager, having received advanced training by the National Main Street Center, National Trust for Historic Preservation. In his spare time, Michael is a trained guide for Historic New England and a consultant for Heritage Tourism Planning.  Michael can be reached by email at Director@RochesterMainStreet.org or by calling 330-3208.

Our organization is a volunteer one with over 200 volunteers giving their time to make
Rochester a destination and source of pride.

The Rochester Main Street office is located at 18 South Main Street on the 2nd floor.  Hours are
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.  We are often out and about, so please call first if you'd like to visit.
